Holmesdale Lodge is a large well-proportioned semi-detached house that comprises 6 bedrooms and is divided across 3 floors. A Recovery Officer is on site Monday to Friday from 10.00hrs to 18:00 (exc. Bank Holidays). We offer a holistic Recovery based service at this scheme e.g. tenancy sustainment, benefits advice, budgeting and input to liaise and mediate with utility companies and support planning to work towards achievement of self-assigned goals, as directed by the client. Clients are also assisted with carrying out tasks associated with living in a communal home environment and in maintaining overall wellbeing. Advice and guidance forms part of the service delivery in signposting and accompanying clients to relevant agencies where support is needed to access specialist services.
All clients throughout QVT have telephone access to our 24hr scheme at Verdant Lane SE6 where queries or concerns may arise day or night. This telephone support can also be followed up with a visit if needed. There is also an out-of-hours on call manager to assist and support staff and clients in times of emergency.
Holmesdale Lodge offers supportive ‘family style’ accommodation with an emphasis on ‘normal living’. Each member of the household has their own comfortable room with shared bathrooms. The communal area includes the lounge, a well equipped kitchen and one communal toilet. There is also a beautiful and well-tended garden at the rear of the property.
Bedrooms are equipped with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The lounge on the ground floor boasts two comfortable and stylish sofas, with a flat screen television overlooking the garden.
