Bramdean is a large well-proportioned semi-detached house that comprises seven bedrooms and is divided across 3 floors.
Wellness Housing Officers are on site Monday to Friday from 15:00 – 18:00 (exc. Bank Holidays). They offer enhanced housing management services, e.g. tenancy sustainment, benefits advice, budgeting and payment of tenancy related bills. Staff is able to signpost clients to other relevant agencies that do not relate to housing management and assist them with carrying out the tasks associated with living in a communal home environment and in maintaining holistic wellbeing.
All clients throughout QVT have telephone access to our 24hr scheme at Verdant Lane SE6. There is also an out-of-hours on call manager to assist and support staff and clients in times of urgency.
Bramdean offers supportive ‘family style’ accommodation with an emphasis on ‘normal living’. Each member of the household has their own comfortable room and shares the communal areas including the lounge, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area, a family sized bathroom, a shower room and a mature garden at the rear of the property. Bedrooms are equipped with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a fridge.
There is a large lounge room which has been furnished superbly, with pictures, ornaments, two piece settee: a three and two seater, a wall mounted medium-sized television ,a coffee table with four-foot rests, a dining table and for health and safety purposes, the lounge is equipped with a First Aid Box and fire extinguishers.
There is also a computer for client use in the hallway next to the lounge.
