Dear Ingrid and Angela

I just wanted to send you both a quick email to say just how grateful I am for all of your support and patience with me.

I will be doing the rounds tomorrow to personally thank the amazing staff that have guided me through this process and supported me through thick and thin. That have worked tirelessly with me to help me get to where I am today and above everything else never gave up on me. I know that with great staff comes great managers so I wish to extend this gratitude to you both.

I know I haven’t been the easiest of clients. I have struggled through every step of this journey. Having to admit I was ill and in need of support in the first place was beyond hard for me but I’m so grateful I have done it. The past two years have been a challenge but I’m so much better for this experience. Without the support and guidance of the amazing staff at QVT I would never of learned the skills I needed to rebuild my life and move forward. I now have a place to call home all on my own and I owe it to you all. I have a future to look forward to and I plan to return to university to complete my nursing degree in which this experience will be invaluable.

It would be lovely to have the opportunity to thank you both in person over a cup of tea?

Dear Ingrid,
I wanted personally to let you know how grateful I am for your staffs support and encouragement. Living at one of the scheme for over year was probably one of the hardest times of my life. Having to deal with the acknowledgement of having a mental health issue and living with others with mental health issues also. I am so grateful for having the space at the Trust and without it I know that I wouldn’t be as well as I am now. 
We are both aware of the problems I experienced at one of the scheme and in all honesty I wouldn’t go back and change a thing. Everything even down to the mice infestation, has taught me to be a stronger person. I never experienced mice or rats before and I know now what to do in future. So that’s a positive, ha ha.
I have a lot of growing and learning to do, with my mental health and lifestyle. And this realisation and understanding of myself has come through your staff members. 
I personally want to thank SA for all her support when I was in the house. I relapsed and she was there for me, without her maternalism I feel I would have not been able to get out of the rut I was in. 
I also want to personally thank LC too. LC has had a huge impact on my life, the way I think and how I should view myself. The support he has given me is overwhelming and as I write this reduces me to tears. I am so thankful for him being in the house at a time where my life was taking some extreme twists and turns. His support through my move on was just second to none. Supporting me through the unjust challenges I faced and doing everything he could as a key worker to help my situation. His ability to help me see my worth and to help me focus is an immeasurable attribute. And I am so honestly grateful for being one of his clients. I can hands down say that through his support I value my life a lot more, and that is something I could never stop being thankful for.
Overall my time at QVT has changed my life for the better and I just wanted to try to express that with this email. Once again thank you to all your staff who I have had the pleasure of getting to know and Thank you as well for giving me the time.
Although I am sad to leave I am extremely excited about this new chapter in my life, and I you guys played a big part in that. I wish everyone at QVT the most happiness in life !!!
